How to generate site map in vb4?

Guys i have some confusion regarding site map generator


1) In vb 4, there is an option about XML site map generator, when i generate this file it gives me 4 files in sitemap directory

What the hell is this?

Why 4 files?

2) I am using VBSEO sitemap generator Add-on too, when i generate sitemap through it then look what happend

it gives me this file

http://www.ghostwarez.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz


now i am confused that which file should be select for submission in google site map arena?

I am also looking to generate sitemaps in vb4, if anyone knows a good solution, would appreciate if you post it here
 
Click on the link i.e. ghostwarez.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz and you'll see the description of error there.Either resolve that error yourselves or post here and we may help you out.
 
while clicking on first link, it gives me this error

damn man, It was just 204 web url's indexed in google before adding this robots.txt file or the sitemap

but still i do not understand that which sitemap is best
please make it clear more bro
 
inside the vbseo_sitemap directory there is a folder "data" in this folder you can see these sitemap files as well

and when i generated a site map, i got an email

here vbseo mention the location of sitemap

but there is very interesting thing that this location can not be find in cpnael thats y google can't be able to locate this file

whats the matter?
