Anyone know here how to fix this issue ?

when i try to open my site with www. then i need to enter id pass right ?

but when i try to open my site without www. again i need to enter id pass

both are different can i redirect without www. address to with www. ?

anyone know how to fix this ?

it's a cookie issue. you are using vbulletin correct? there is a setting in the admincp that handles the cookies for both.
