how to change sidebar title text and background color. anyone can ex-plane in detail

Find the class or id of the element you want to change with the browsers developer tools (right click inspect element), then change what you need with css in your .css file usually style.css for wordpress.

you can add a css for it in theme editor...the class for sidebar title is usually with widget h2
