Hostress.net - Worst experience ever with any Hosting Service

I strongly advice everyone against purchasing any server from this joke of a host.

Nothing works properly with this pseudo company, for those of you who may remember Green Value Host and all the complains envolving it, this host, having bought GVH, managed somehow to make things even worst that they ever were there.

I bought a 25TB Dedicated Server and provisioning , contrarly to what I had been told (immediate deployment for the specs I needed), took a few days to deliver.

No big deal until surprisingly, after pushing 340mbps for a few minutes on a 1gbps port from which I had used not even 1 TB of my traffic, my server was rate limited.

After 2 or 3 days the rate limits were eventually removed.

Everything seemed to work fine for a week until one night, without any apparent logical reason, the server was offline.

It's now been 4 days and incredibly, I am still unable to use my server.

Sent Tech support and sales / Administration tickets regarding my urgency in accessing data in my server and absolutely nothing has been done about it so far, which is inadmissible for any host that wants to be taken seriously in the current days.

In 4 days I got a single reply after 2 days to the first ticket opened saying the problem was being looked into, and no one else providing me a satisfatory explanation for either what was going on or what was being done to fix the issue in a timely manner.

In 15 years of hosting experiences I have honestly never seen such a shamefuly slow and inefficient support.

Stay far away from Hostress.net if you value your money and your data. There are also multiple reports of people who lost all their data in multiple servers.
