I have been using hostedges.com's Encoding server with 31$ package for the last 10-11 months. but from last 2 days server is down. When I went to http://www.hostedges.com/ it seems like the site is down as well. What is happening there? I tried to google it & found this site where i may get a solution of this problem. I just paid 32 $ for this month's server invoice on 9th February & now i can't go to server. I have many important file there too. Plz response as soon as possible

the encoding extreme is a 2 x cpu server. alot faster than encoding regular server. i can give you a demo for performance testing as you wish. also we dont have any raring reporting problems on this these servers so far. even it happens we still have the ways to handle it.
