same experience here. i'm wasting many time on tickets reporting browser crashing, due to users that abuse resources. they do not enforce the rules which they set themselves. the only thing they do is log out such user instead of banning him, which causes that the situation is constantly repeated, not allowing others who follow the rules, work normally.i've been with them for a few years, but what is happening now makes me look for a better service.
