I was a customer since 2014. The last 2 yrs was rough, constant viruses and very slow support (1-2 hours at least), there were often days where I couldnt even access the RDP but I stuck with them,


Recently the RDP was better no more viruses but my start menu wasn't working but I still stayed with it. Today I realized I was a week late paying for my RDP, I contacted support, it took hours for a response and they just said they deleted my account and I need to re-order.
