your behavior reflect of who you are




First of all, i was thanking you for your solution you gave me. Why so harsh?

I did sent ticket, but everytime i am reporting this kind of behavior i always get a reply that basically saying "everything is good, working fine". So i thought i tried to reach you here to get more attention and anyone can read it. It is very different than your policy in your sales page which is saying:

[FONT=&amp]"We will send you warning first, if you will not lower your uses we will suspend rdp. Please note: you are not allowed to use more than 10-15% CPU in non-encoding rdp and more than 4GB RAM in any rdp plans."[/FONT]




When i was just wanna say thank you in the first time, (i noticed this at the first time i log into the rdp you gave me as a replace, and i thought that's fine) but because you said this here, now i gotta reply and ask:

"ARE YOU PUTTING NON ENCODING USER IN THE SAME SERVER AS ENCODING USER?"

"Are you using the same server/machine/cpu (or whatever you call it) and splitting three different package in it such as Ultra Fast Rdp #1, Ultra Fast Rdp #2, Ultra Fast Rdp #3?"





Do what you want, your behavior reflect of who you are.
