I just bought France/Intel Atom C2350 4G SATA for $20.

I am really really disappointed because the server machine is very very slow and many times was not responding for a long time. even for just right clicking while doing download (not even using IDM, using built in browser download and only download 1 file).
I just bought and use this server for few hours, not even 24 hours. But for sure many hours are passed waiting for your support ticket to reply me with "not problem solving" messages.
I know that dedicated server are not refundable sir, but could you please meet me in the middle here? I need to you to replace me with other server in the same price or even lower price would still be okay to me. At least i can do my work. For 20$ pay and get a super lag pc it is just annoying.
I know that the server package i bought is intel atom, but for only downloading 1 file seems to be heavy load for the server is just unacceptable. I think you shouldn't put this package in your RDP list.
I also think that your sales chat person should be more responsible in explaining the items that they are selling, because before i bought the package i asked your sales person about a demo (even for just 30 minutes because of non refundable policy, so it will not be like buying a cat in the bag) and he explained that you are not providing demo. Then I asked about other details like "would be intel atom run smoothly and not lagging if i just using it for downloading and uploading?", He answered to me that for just downloading and uploading, it would be no lag and will run smoothly. The fact is not even close.
I also asked your sales chat person about the network speed, and he explained about shared / fair usage / best effort but the fact that the download speed only getting 2-5MB/s with IDM and 1MB/s with built in browser download is very misleading and unacceptable.
I did open tickets, asking to meet me in the middle here. at least for my 20$ spent i still get something that i can work but it seems that your ticketing reply are trying to forced me to just be happy with what i get.
Sir, I am asking your fair act decision here. I paid. I don't ask for a refund. I appreciate your policy. But please appreciate me too as your almost half year customer by replacing me with same price server package or even little lower price server so i can work.
