I've been with hostdzire for years now, and I'm starting to notice their support staff have become more and more incompetent. My invoice ends today but before the day ended they disabled my account before the invoice date. I never had that happen to me before, it's like one staff member was afraid I won't pay, which is stupid since I've been using the same service for literally 3 years.  I sent in a ticket and staff fixed it quick, but it's stupid that I had to open a ticket for this.


More importantly, the server I'm on has been having trojan/malware problems, malwarebytes was acting up and finding things on the server left and right. I notified support staff about this and their solution was to remove malwarebytes..? Our server is probably infected right now with no protection.


With that said, their support does respond pretty quickly, it's just the way the new support staff do things is questionable. Regarding their servers, they are still reliable and fast, prices are the cheapest and best value. That's why I've been with them for 3 years! I just hope they train their support staff better and please someone higher up ensure that my rdp server is not infected anymore.
