We don't handle support request here, continue using ticket.

And if server will be used for attack/ddos etc, it will be suspended for sure. there is no refund if it get suspended for all this reasons.

If you got banned, then i am sure there was some serious reason behind it. as any company just dont suspend user account if he is clean
