First of all thanks for detailed review you posted.



I am really sorry for any issue caused to you.

It was os reinstall, because windows was corrupted caused by some malware

while scanning server antivirus deleted some system files



And yes it's our fault, we say it's 99.99% uptime but we unable to provide that because of os reinstall.

But anyway i see your due date is 14/01/2016.


We don't expect that user may need/ask compensation if this type of issue happen

And Rdp go down for few hours only

we give any type of compensation if rdp goes down for 24 hours

We offered this for our users already without their request.


I don't know what type of compensation you asked, because for few hours downtime

compensation should be like 24 hours extension or 48 hours which is like nothing.


But we just gave you 5 days as extension in your next due date. new due date is 19th Jan.

And because you posted this review, we believe other client may also need/expect this if any downtime/issue happen in future.

So now we added new rule/plan.

If any rdp will go down for more than 5 hours, user will get 48 Hours extension in their due date as compensation.


We hope this will solve your issue as well as for other clients too
