Yes one server gone down last week and luckily we recovered it with data ( which was not bad isn't ? )

Regarding installation of application our staff reminded you thats its admin encoding plan you can install application yourself which is not bad right ?

And no one install application and write it in notes or remember it

we have more than 30 servers just for admin encoding, so its hard to remember what codec pack was installed last time on specific server,

which you should remember it :- after all it was you who requested that app


And regarding downtime yes it was our fault for that we will refund you , open ticket.

Total 2 Bad review in total thread looks like our service is going little bad, i am going to check it personally from now :)
