1st of all, pls forgive my english, i hope all of u can understand what i type below :D
since last month i use their rdp encode,
- i cant save file to my drive, i dont know why and when i asked, they accused me that i use other drive than my drive WTF ?:facepalm:
and then the server down at least 5 times.
but the last one so so amazing
ah ok..the server down...
after few hours later
i ask them again
and then they told me the server crash, and cant reboot... so totally the server down for more than 12 hours.
after that, they send me new server details, and with good news that they can restore my data.. :D horayy :D
but...
With this new server.. the video and audio codec is not there anymore
what's wrong with asking for that preinstall software ? am i right ?
