Well, seeing some of the services offered here are "disappointing", I thought I'd need a few more people to continue with my hosting plan which has already been deployed, but not yet released to public to test stability, uptime, and most of all performance.
Who is needed?
-Strong expertise in at least 2 Internet application languages (PHP, Java, .NET, Perl, etc)
-Expert at building web applications
-Understanding of Flex/AIR OR AJAX
-Verifiable knowledge and experience with C++ development.
-Very comfortable using and developing on Linux.
-Very familiar with HTTP servers (esp Apache).
-Ability to identify industry trends and suggest/develop features accordingly.
-Experience developing high-traffic TCP servers in C++.
-Ability to create rock-solid, efficient code.
Desired skills:
-Experience with large or high-load databases
-Comfortable working proactively independently
-Able to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical people alike.

-Windows and .Net technologies
-Media streaming technologies
