[Help] Suggstion for DMCA ignored hosting, Domain and Link Shorner.

I once ran a po*n site with Doodstream embeded videos from Br*zzers, Bl*cked, Ba*gBros etc. But I kept getting DMCA notices on my Google search console, my host, even my domain (I got my hosting and domain from Hostinger btw).

Now after about a year I'm planning on opening a very small site with some Crypto I got (not much, worth about 15$).

I'm hoping someone would suggest me:

1. A affordable DMCA Ignore Host that accepts Crypto.
2. A 5$ Domain registrar that won't kick me out and accepts Crypto. (I've heard NameCheap is not good for this).
3. A Link shorner that allows Adult traffic and dosen't voluntarily take down DMCA content unless they get a notice.

My plan is to put up some posts with screenshots and images (Hosted elsewhere) and monetized shortned links to Vidguard with ads set to minimal. My opening strategy is to give away best HD Po*n with less ads on the player hoping that I can retain my traffic insted of giving them a jillion popups and earning from them just once.

Try to google it, because many comes in and goes out. My suggestion is to go with Heztner for domain and hosting.

There are not alot of "cheap" DMCA ignored hosts.
I suggest undergroundprivate.com or lyrahosting.com (I strongly recommend underground tho, didn't had a good experience with lyra)

If you want a bulletproof registrar I suggest tonic.to, but it isn't that cheap.

I never used a link shortener so I won't suggest one.

it might be slower to add your links but hopefully it would stop the dmca bots from seeing the real URL

Take an offshore hosting. And for url shortener you can use payskip.org - we accept anything and won't delete any link unless we get a real dmca report. If you promote links, it is easier to use a paste website: pasteflash.com

All you will get when using hostinger is disappointment, because hostinger is now very strict on adult websites. I just got an email that my account was suspended because of adult websites.
