Help me choose best host

Hi guys I want to help me to choose a trustworthy hosting provider for my project.

i use godaddy mostly but I want something to ignore dmca

my website project is for repacked game like (xatab, fitgirl,skdirow) i dont need large disc space i just upload the game in torrent file or in external storage cloud.

so can you tell me some providers that's have a trust & ignoring the dmca
