Going legit?

I'm seriously thinking about it, just so i have that knowing feeling i shall be ok..

Anyway, say if i get a legit IPB is it possable to run a warez forum? Some sites say no n others say yes. which has left me like

I know vBulletin you can, aslong as you don't share vBulletin projects/skins etc.

Hopefully some can clear that up for me.

if im correct you can do what you like with your board
however you will not get support for haveing warez on you board

and this is the same for vbulletin
