The payments are NOT in 24 hours! They used to be in the start, but long time ago they are NOT. Usually when the owner get the adsense payment he pays all users around 22-26. If your make request in the next few days, you may get paid, but after that the money ends and you will have to wait for next month!
This is my observation!

Good luck with this shortener! However, the owner is well known and has experience! He has other sites also, so if anybody is interested can share more info in personal message.
