You have been hacked idiots today. Thank you for exposing your users private passwords to hackers. Someone changed my password of one of my file-host and requested for money in his bitcoin. Fortunately, I got back access using forget password and cancelled the payout.

This is my last month. Very untrustworthy and insecure RDP.

this is the third time I have heard of something like that in the 4+ years I have been in business
it dose happen (even happened to me once a long time ago
but it's rare and RDP is most likely not the main issue here or we would hear a lot more of it

the sad truth is ANY RDP using FileZilla for FTP can be hacked and all saved passwords copied
this is why we dropped that FTP system on most servers as it's just to easy to hack
im guessing you where on an admin plan server and someone had installed zilla cause it's free
or someone requested it and one of our staff installed it not realizing the risk
