I've been with Giga-RDP for ~3 months now and have to say that it is the best RDP provider on wjunction I've tried so far.

The prices are more than fair compared to the competition, while servers are quite packed they are powerful enough to handle them (unless somebody encodes at prime time cpu is idling at around 2-10% all the time) and up/download speeds are good.

The communication with the costumers is great. amartin99 always writes you an email if there is anything with your server.
The response time to raised tickets is not perfect but still okay (1-6 hours) and he solved all problems I threw at him.
To be honest it feels more like I am ripping him off than me being just a paying customer.

Edit: He means this mistake in one of your offers.

I do try to be responsive
when at home I check within minutes of getting the email informing me of a new ticket
but im out a lot
I do make a point of checking tickets every day when I get up and when I get back in from work

anyway I have now fixed that error in the offer
thanks for pointing it (both of you hehehe)

im currently installing a new server to replace the cheap encoder that's acting up
should have it ready for everyone to move to later today
but I have to soon go out so it will be a while

and I have 3 more ordered
when all done I will finally have a server that's truly spare and just waiting for one to act up
im looking forward to that hehehe


I should also mention im not handling the tickets alone
I have 2 other people responding as well

Sorry to say this but bad service these days! Chrome don't want to open until I log off, browsing is too slow. I have the 10 GB SSD plan

yea I went to add a new user to that server a couple hours ago and could hardly get any response
never seen an SSD so unresponsive before
when I finally got a look at the reads it was at 100%
most users not doing all that much but one was doing about 3 times as much as the rest I logged him off and it went from 100 to 7% insistently
then returned to normal
it was just chrome to
I think it was just a glitch

if I didn't get to you then your payment wasn't tracked
so you will need to put in a ticket with proof of payment

actually all account matters should be dealt with in tickets

in fact most people don't even use the same name here as on my site so I can't even cross reference

This service works well at first but then ....

offered after a server and put waaaaay users to win more money.
The server is slow, very slow
NOT recommend

pays $5 for a slot and wonders why there are a lot of users on the server

you want just a few users shell out some $
my 1TB plan has only 4 users on the server MAX
full admin rights 1TB of space
do as you please
and still only $40

but thanks for the bump feel free to come back complaining as often as you like
