Guy is using the original TOS and FAQ of this script, without any change.
Your TOS and FAQ says that you do not allow adult content and images which contains nudity or any legal sexuality.
Is that right? Do you really want to run this site in this way?
Or you just did not read your TOS before opening your site?
I see that your site is full of uploaded jailbait type of content. Is that allowed? There is no prohibition for that in your TOS.
So the summarized facts: you do not allow adult content, you do not allow nudity or any images which contains sexuality.
But you welcome jailbait type of content.
