from old domain name to new one without losing backlink authority

Hi to all,
I m planing up for a new domain for my company website and need to transfer the backlinks and the authority of the old domain to a new domain. I don’t want to redirect the old domain name with the new one, I hope you guys can share your professional experince here with me

You need to make a .htaccess file in the root of the site with 301 redirect
