As you do not understand when I explain in private, I'll explain here :

when you test via "http://www.speedtest.net/" , it redirects the default test on a server nearby. But this is not the server that is automatically the best performing.

Watch the test on the server with another server :

The test is done very shortly after yours, with 6 user on the server.


Concerning the temporary limitation Speed Bandwitch :
Duration only two days to 20 Mbps. Indeed we do, because our current provider we restricted monthly upload Bandwitch.
This limitation has been removed because we are in a period of migration to another server really unlimited bandwidth .
All our customers are informed because we have them informed on April 5.

We move to NL and UK servers.


thachamp4eva, we have exceptionally authorized used some encoding software while it is a condition in violation on TOS. So we are reasonably friendly with you.
