@dav1d 1d No they are not the same owner
but I think the owner of filespayout.com is the same owner of file-upload.org
- site style and name is very similar
- file-upload.org admin is arabian ca talk arabic and you can see in both site the earning table there is arabic countries in top tires which is something not familiar in all other sites.

rates not the same, and I don't want to test new PPD out here, you can dm me to show you how to detect if they're the same owner or not. :)

I did not tell you to test new ppd sites i just was telling you what i feel.
also Freedl.link have same style and theme of uploadfox.net
but i dont think it have same owner of filespayout.com

Anyway Freedl.link is still the best file host till now hope it keep working Continues to be the best just they need to fix their problems.
