1> That is our default speed, and everyone is happy with it.
2> We do not operate PPV, but i guess our dev is using profit setting from PPD for it.

We do not process any payout, we export list then send to exchangers (partners) with us on some project. After that we marked paid, they and us dont have any problem, so we do not check anything. We work on our reliability.

This is your problem. Some files can be downloaded, but some files cannot be downloaded.

We are using 3 datacenters that is the reason some can and some cant.
We will migrate to our main datacenter in this week, when new servers come to our DC.
