1) Kindly increase the downloads speed, make snapshot taken from first 5 seconds or make it black to avoid spoiler.
2) How many percent of watching to make it Paid? if someone watch only 9min from a video of 10 min will appear incomplete or paid??
3) Any chance to make it Paid after complete the captcha and the user moved to the next page, to avoid incomplete messages?
 
it happens again, posted as PAID but the payment is not receive. its quite misleading that i thought its was paid but its not. its not crypto, its paypal payment and it should be faster or instant. not sure why posting as PAID in advance and not sending first the payment before posting it as paid.

ok ill wait. but last time i have the same issue and they reply to email that they will check i think 3 days because theyre in vacation and 3 days passed its still not resolve then i follow up here and email, you can see my comment here if you backread this thread then it got resolve for i think 4-5 days overall. so i kinda worried.

Upload sites use an exchanger not just for crypto but for all payment methods. They probably can't process many payments at the same time. It takes a few days of waiting. I've worked with different upload sites before, and most of them operate on this logic.

Additionally, they might not make payments unless they reach certain schedules and a specific number of users.

yes, i understand that but the problem is they marked it as PAID when there is no payment made, they should have wait for the exchanger confirmation before marking it as PAID because its kinda misleading the user. others who paid me sometimes they paid me but they dont update and it took within 24 hours to make the status PAID.
