Why do we, your customers have to go through a whole process of messaging you, asking for cancellation, then waiting for you to respond? (that's if you respond, your responses are so delayed and sometimes you do not respond at all). So if you auto-recharge me on the 1st of July, as an example, I message you on June 31st, however you respond on the 2nd of July, will I lose my money?I have no idea why you are doing all these things, there is a reason you have so many negative reviews on trustedpilot (despite the fact that you made people leave a positive review you still have a terrible rating). Change some things, because you exist because of us. And your most important customers, the ones who upload stuff and we download from, they will lose people if you keep playing smart.
