In case of a void transaction(Refund), We would like to see the amount that was reversed and also the file name which using Premium was bought. Just to make sure. if the file was not corrupt.
Right now in case of a void transaction, we are just seeing that there was a void transaction without any other info and the amount was getting deducted from stats and balance and its confusing regarding what happened.
Also For Rebills, if you can show the video filename which gave the rebill(may it be auto rebill), it will help us in promoting that video more with the hope of getting more sales.
Take for example, I have a video of a particular pornstar, its giving good sales and rebills, but as i have got many videos of her, I have no clue, which particular titles are more in demand and giving rebills. Only download count is not enough to find out that.
