hello a question, payments in BTC because they are too expensive, I asked for a payment when the btc was quoted at 34,000 and they sent me a payment as if the BTC was at 37,500 and that's why I got a low amount ... What is this difference, are the commissions? or are they discounts? and why? ... if someone can help me. Thank you
