I think this option is available only for affiliates who have their own blog. You can not have this option in forums, because downloaders must be able to download files for free in forums.But if you have a blog you can have this option. Yoiu may not want other affiliates to be able to download (leech) your files even f they are having premium account.They must open a new account (not affiliate/uploader account) and buy premium in order to be able to download the files.You better ask Filejoker support for details.
