We count all downloads from the same IP, not just one. We pay for all of them too, that's why we claim to be the highest paying PPD program out there. However, we would like to make sure that everybody understands that cheating the system will not be tolerated.

Current free download wait time has been carefully calculated for optimal performance and user experience based on years of experience. Customization is available upon request.
