Warning to anyone considering using this site: the don't pay or answer to any attempt at communication regarding payment requests via e-mail or their chat on the site!
Been a member from April 2013, but stopped using their services due to some problems with their site. Unfortunately, I believed some of the members here that they have started working normally and have started using them again later last year.
Received first payment in BTC within a month and was offered to buy lifetime premium for $249 by their representative Andy which I accepted and have been continuously using them until today.
Communication was prompt and on time with the offer and taking of those $249, but immediately stopped when asked about pending payout requests.
Now I have worthless lifetime premium which costed me more than I got from them and four pending payment requests for more than $400 on my account.
Over last two months, I have tried multiple times to contact their support representative Andy via e-mail and their chat on FF webpage, but with no reply when payment request is mentioned (last month I got reply that payments will be made soon, but no payment have been made and no further reply from him).
Due to all this and especially due to completely ignoring any form of contact about pending payments I can only stop using and promoting their site until those pending payments are completed and paid in full and advise people against using their service.
Hope that this will change and if I receive any contact about this situation or payment I will revise this post and enter payment proof.
Until then, please be careful with them and don't use their services until they start being honest and remember, they are profiting a lot from your activities and it would only be fair to honor their obligations and have honest communication with payments on time.

After my last post here and multiple attempts at communication while stopping to use their service until payment received today I have finally received reply and all pending payments have been successfully made.
I'll still be careful when once again using their services, but at the same time I have to be fair and state that they have now paid everything they owned with an apology reply from Andy which I appreciate.
Will post new updates when there are new payment requests and if they are paid on time, but for now it looks like they have honored their part.

They do not even respond to the messages. It's permanent "will be back tomorrow" for months. One of the best design and easy to use sites.

I'd disagree with that but each to it's own.
I found it to be really difficult to operate it if you do not split files in many folders cause for start it takes long time to load files, then if you want to delete big number of files it either hangs for a very long time or simply fails.

You are the king!did i claim i m the king lol ? i just want to clear thought about filefactory , people think wrong way, any way chill, filefactory i used since 1 year and not a single payout thy failed to pay me , they pay always some time bit delay and some time very fast,100 bucks for a whole month?!
