Coz u need some specific talent to earn money online. If u have talent just start selling it. Like desigining, coding or anything. Remember Uploading is waste of time (if u upload for money u should know that not all the guys succeed to earn good through uploading) & uploading doesnt count in any way in ur future but ur other talents like designing or anything may
 
the best way is to come up with something unqiue and creative. like youtube, or facebook, then sell it to google or become your own boss. Good luck

That's not true If you don't have any skills you can achieve them by studying on your pc like coding if you want to become a coder just start reading about coding.
You just have to work hard and hardworking is essential even in the offline working.
 
The best way to earn money online without any investment is:

- Download photoshop from katz or wbb or blaaaaah
- Open it and see. You may think wtf is all this.
- Now go to google and search for photoshop tutorials.
- Learn basics first and then carry on.
- Now read logo and banner designing tutorials.
- Practice them with your own ideas.
- Now you are ready to do something(logo or banners or whatelse...)
- Create a thread on WJ or DP or blahh offering your services for $.
- If you are not satisfied with the money you are getting then learn some website design tutorials.
- Now offer PSD to Html conversion services for $$

Hell yeah try to improve yourself with photoshop and it can bring you some $xxx every month. :)

Web designing is the best way to earn $$. My bro supplies website templates and skins to a professional web designing site and he is getting a good steady income every month.
