what do you mean about host to accept telegram traffic?
if you mean to advertise platform or host pay you for telegram user it's not possible because any advertising company paid you on how much user see there ads on your website not a p2p chat platform like telegram, you can make a website then share with your telegram user to visit your website then you can join a publisher program to earn from the user you referred from your telegram channel.
but it's not possible directly from telegram because it's not worth for advertising company the can't embed her own ads on telegram service
