Brief Update.

Because our Exchanger sent the transaction with too low fees just before Bitcoin's mempool spike, the transaction is currently "stuck". We are trying to accelerate the transaction via bitcoin accelerator.

If there is nothing new until tomorrow, we will initiate a new exchange which has higher fees, so that we can do the payouts tomorrow. This waiting makes no sense.

You can see here that currently high fees are preferred over small ones:

When this will improve, I unfortunately do not know. Therefore, tomorrow new exchange, then we pay out. Finished.

There are 25000-30000 open transactions in the BTC network.
As long as these open transactions have not been processed, you cannot do anything with BTC anyway, unless you are willing to pay very high fees. And these fees are due even for small amounts of BTC.

Patience is the name of the game here^^
This will take a few more days.

Its kinda annoying at the moment. The thing is, we got our transaction 20 minutes before the Mempool spike, after that it is just unconfirmed. The fees werent "low" during that time, it got low after the mempool spike.

We get in 30 minutes to 1 hour our next batch of bitcoin transaction with high fees. Then we are great to go with payments.

Some PayPal, BCH, ETH and USDT will have to wait a bit.
As soon as our transaction from November 14 has been confirmed via the Bitcoin network, we will close it as well. As well some bigger BTC payments.

But I think by tomorrow evening at the latest, these are also closed.
