Some things went wrong that I have to admit. I wish I had done things differently. You learn from mistakes. But that was more than three years ago.

DDL now exists for more than a year and the business model is completely different than with Moviecloud. At that time there were rewards that were completely wrongly calculated. That wouldn't happen on DDL or VUP.

I hope you can accept that. Because I don't really want to discuss Moviecloud, that was a long time ago and was a mistake. As I mentioned before, it's up to you if you want to use this service or not. I don't want to earn profit or money, but to offer something that causes a WOW effect. Of course, it doesn't really look professional with XFS and XVS. Nevertheless we try to do our best.

Anyway, thank you for addressing this topic with Moviecloud. We learn from mistakes and this will certainly never happen again.

A right click in the FTP Client is enough to change the file name.

NEWS:
Dear DDL users,

We noticed the last five days that our storage servers were immensely busy (download speed was slow). We have investigated the matter. Unfortunately we had to realize that our "Free" service was abused by bots or scripts that lead us to this decision. From now on there are Captchas at the download pages which have to be filled out. The download speed remains the same for all users, unlimited. We limit the download speed only for certain reasons, if we notice that the servers are overloaded. Otherwise the download speed is constant 5mbps up to 10mbps. The servers are now available again as usual at the right speed.

The files will only be deleted after no more download is generated.
This means, for example, that if the file is downloaded on the last day, it will be extended again by 30 days. If the file is downloaded every day, you don't have to worry. Only if the file is inactive for more than 30 days will it be deleted from the system.

DDL.to has also recently activated PPS. More information can be found on the following subpages:

So that means that now including that plan the speed of free download will be further limited?
 
After Openload unfortunately stopped its PPV service, I can recommend this to everyone.
They have very fast servers and my users are also satisfied :)

We don't know yet if we want to reduce the speed for downloads. At the moment everything remains as it is.

As soon as the speed is limited to something shabby, many will leave the service, I personally would add one or another advertisement to compensate the costs. Personally the PPS plans are a nuisance for a lot, although for others they do not.

At the moment PPS on DDL.to or Premium is only an additional function. The download speed for free users is currently between 5mbps up to 10mbps and for premium users 25mbps up to 30mbps.

DDL and VUP are known for very good speed. Therefore it is not planned to slow down the speed for free users at the moment.

There are simply additional features and benefits for premium users, so at the moment it is not attractive for free users to buy premium at all. Here you can see the advantages: https://ddl.to/premium.html

DDL and VUP are used very actively because of their quality and speed.
