Daring Host offers full management with all it's plans. This means that if you need a script or software installed for your account we will do it for your at no extra cost. If we fail to install your needed script within 24 hours your next month will be free.
Daring Host provides many ways of getting in touch with us. Our live support is online monday-friday regularly from 2:30pm - 11:00pm EST. We are also online during the weekends, however there is no schedule. We reply to support tickets almost instantly if we are online when you submit one. If we are offline we will reply withing 6 hours. We also provide email and msn support. Finally, we can also call you if needed. Just leave us your number (USA Only)
