Create a Blank Page

So i'm wanting to have my forum rules on it's own blank page on the navbar. Obviously it won't be blank when i put the rules in to it ^.^

Wow. that is all really, just looking to learn how to create a blank page in Vbulletin for rules to be put on.


I'm going to assume this is all done through .php and upload it to the server?

I have no idea how to tackle this.

This is the basic code needed for a new page. Depending on what you want to make, you will have to customise the tempalte/file. I'm sure that tutorials don't show how to create the breadcrumbs and a few other things but we can help you with the whole page. If you want to add settings to the page so only certain usergroups can see it or if you only want certain groups to see certain things, we can help you.
