It is with great regret that we must inform you of a serious incident that occurred on Monday, August 26th, at the data center where some of our servers are located. As a result of this incident, a portion of the data, including some user files, has been irretrievably lost.

We sincerely apologize for the situation and the inconvenience caused. We have already taken the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

Compensation will be provided on an individual basis to all users affected by this incident, depending on the number of files lost. If you are among those affected, you will receive a message from us in a personal email shortly.

All lost files can be found in the "Deleted" folder with the status "fault." To restore a file using the old link, you need to upload a file with the same MD5 hash as the deleted one and then click the "Restore" button next to the deleted file.
