The bug fix of the file's links filter

Sometimes, when it comes to solving global problems, the little things are sidelined.
But based on such little issues we build up our work to improve the quality of service.
One of our partners pointed out a logical error while sorting the links to uploaded files by "by name" parameter. At first, the filter was case sensitive, giving the first priority to capital letters, bypassing the general alphabetic order. Our technical developers quickly identified the cause of the problem and fixed it.
