For the price of $550, it should be full support, if the script is custom made by you, you are the only one who can fix possible errors + that you should also provide updates to it because technology does not stand still and advances, and with this script you should be up to date with new adaptations, it's just my opinion, you can't sell a script without providing constant support and whenever needed... If you were selling it for $20-$30, I would understand you not providing support, updates, etc... but at the amount you are asking for, no one will buy without full support because as I said above, not everyone is good at programming languages like php, etc...

While I originally developed the platform, it is built with standard technologies (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and FFmpeg), so any experienced developer can work on it if needed.

Of course, I am available to help buyers with questions, small issues and guidance whenever possible. For larger custom work or new features, we can always discuss it separately.

The platform is already running in production and handling real traffic, so it is not an experimental project that requires constant fixes. It is built on mature and widely used technologies, and under normal operation it can run for years without requiring major changes. Most maintenance typically comes from server migrations, major PHP version upgrades, third-party integrations or custom modifications requested by the owner.
