Well, I just signed up with hostgator, don't bash it immediately, got it for 1 cent =) using a coupon code I found on google!

When you sign up with this code, you pay 1 cent for the hosting the first month. Signed up with it to test, and this way its not all one 1 server & 1 ip

it is a great shared host, but don't upload your warez site there...
bluehost is better if you have warez site...
