I wouldn't recommend it. The forum would crash and burn within a month. Pay out a few quid for some good hosting. You generally tend to get what you pay for.

hosting a warez linking site is not a simple thing even for offshore host(they need to forward dmca to you), if there is a big problem means, they may null route your ip(possibly in NL) so hosting a warezlinking site in paid hosting is a pain

but you're asking for free hosting, buy shared hosting mate, i think you can get it for $1.99/month......
