It's a warez site, and there was no downtime at all - what you are seeing is traffic from Google.

I can't give URL but I can say I have other sites that are doing well, and their content is considerably worse.

It looks like an automated Google Penalty for something on your site and then your traffic jumps again after it expires and then whatever is causing the penalty is noticed again.

That's what it looks like to me.

may be the way you added google analytics code is causing this :O

It could be when google checking if your server could be online if it sends more traffic. I already have experience with it:
