Need a dedicated server offshore preferably NL (since i need to ignore DMCA)

so requirements:

- No DMCA
- Excellent Uptime
- around 350-400GB disk space
- Unmetered bandwidth ( i actually mean it. its around 20-25 TB/month and will increase)

I am not going to use rapidleech etc. i am running image hosting site along with some pirated books forum.

This is not true, we can make any of our servers on 5tb/10tb - on 100mb/s or 1gb/s - or even 100mb/s unmetered shared or unshared.
