Just make sure you're logged in first. Then head to the appropriate forum or thread, click "Post New Thread" or "Reply", and paste your link using the insert link option (usually a chain icon) or just drop it directly—just be sure it follows their posting rules to avoid any issues.

yes I know I made an account I added links I know how to do it it says it will be checked by a moderator but now someone wrote the same thing to the email about the links no one checks them I don't understand why I can't communicate with anyone it's a disaster.

Maybe the site's mod team is inactive—might be worth trying an alternative platform meanwhile.
