Anyone can make it and can say that he have made it...
As it is very simple you just need to find the exact fonts and you can get it from whatisthefonts.com something like that i don't known it exactly...and the button could be made by any good GFXer!

well fyi, i did make it .. and the exact fonts weren't used.. while yes anyone can make it ... but i decided to make it for him .. agian i have the psd... agian im not here to be rude, but yea..
