2gbit vpn please help me test my upload speed

Guyz would anybody please help me test my speed of my vps server its on a 2gb port but from wget and other speed test its not even close to 100mbit and i need this vps in order to host some shoutcast servers so i want to have an average speed to calculate the max listeners..

the test file is :

Thanks to all guy's you really helped me a lot.. so average i think i must calculate for 150 mbit upload... at max...

I think too thats enough test lol..

I had a spare vps with axisnext and the most i could get was 700kbyte/s lol thats why i needed help...
