I always use MobileTest for testing mobile responsiveness for my new designs. It works great and the new layout is better than before. An option to hide the scrollbar would be a good option though because it's not visible on real mobile devices.
What about Linux :P? I prefer it over Windows or Mac but Windows is clearly better out of those two. Macs are expensive compared to the specs they have and Windows has more software available.
Namecheap is clearly my favorite registrar out of those. Domain.com is quite also good but they are more expensive. I still have many domains with them and I have been satisfied.
This is what most hosts do. They start with a few partners (or even alone) and register their business later when they feel it's a good time for it. It's definitely not a must to register a business in the very beginning.
I have never used Google+. Actually, I have never even considered using it, although someday I probably have to sign up because Youtube, Google Play and other Google services force to do so.
